Food and Beverage Guarantee:
A minimum guarantee for the amount of people attending is required 5 working days prior to the date of the event. If we do not hear from the guest by that time, the number of people as stated on the Catering Contract will be used as a final guarantee. The guest will be charged either for the guarantee or the number of people attending, whichever is greater.

Cancellation Policy:
15% Cancellation fee of the total invoice amount 30 days prior to the event.
25% Cancellation fee of the total invoice amount 7 days prior to the event.
50% Cancellation fee of the total invoice amount 72 hours prior to the event.
100% Cancellation fee of the total invoice amount 24 hours prior to the event.

Regulation:
Please note all prices are in US Dollars and are subject to a 18% service charge. Any addition over the guarantee will be charged accordingly. If no guarantee is received, the number of guests “expected” will become the guarantee. Any function that is cancelled will be subject to a cancellation fee and/or loss of deposit. The guests’ signature represents understanding of agreement to and financial responsibility for all information noted herein.

Payment Schedule:
20% of the total invoice amount needs to be paid as a deposit due upon signing the contract. The deposit will serve as a guarantee for the meeting space required for the wedding.
100% of the (estimated) total invoice amount needs to be paid 7 days prior to the wedding date.
The balance needs to be paid in 30 days after receiving the final invoice.
If paying by check the (estimated) total invoice needs to be paid 14 days prior to the wedding date.
